| trash if i have something in the trash and i want to get it back.... now i have not emptied the trash...... if i click on the trash i get it from my hd... see i want the music thats i deleted from my itunes library.... so my question how do i get my songs from the trash? it says to drag it out of the trash but it wont let me drag it?..... so now what do i do>>??.. thanks for your help..... |

| I'd try quiting any apps that may be "using" the music file, like iTunes. You can command-tab and then command-q to quit each of your open apps in turn. If that doesn't help, I'm sure someone will be along in a few minutes with better suggestions. Good luck! |

| You could also use Terminal to force a move, if all else fails. Restarting should stop programs from "holding" the file.
