| If you are under warranty, you can take it back to Apple for repairs, or even if you are not under warranty that is an option. If the usual restore does not fix the issue, it's very likely you have bad sectors on the drive for which it cannot repair. You might be able to locate some hidden diagnostic mode for your iPod via Google. I'm sure a search for diag mode ipod will find out how to do this. Though be aware this will likely not help with the problem, but it might help clarify what the problem is.

| thanks for trying... well i found a site that can help fix corrupted ipods...http://discussions.apple.com/thread....hreadID=787509 . well, it fixed mine.. hope it helps.. |
