can't copy or trasnfer purchases from my ipod

Hello, When I go to copy purchases from the store to my ipod nothing happens. I then go to my other computer and choose file transfer purchaes from ipod and it isn't getting them. I have authorized the computer. Tried deauthorizing it and reauthorizing sevral times and nothing. I have a 30 GB Generation 5 ipod. It is under manually manage music setting.
