format I Pod

I need to clear all the info off my 30gb IPod video. I am giving it to my son I am on MBP he is on win Latop, just trying make it easy for him to get the IPod working on his windows machine.

On the windows machine, Install iTunes... and plug the iPod in. Windows will ask for you to format it. and click yes. then in iTunes click the iPod and click 'Restore'
