Lost album artwork on iTunes

Hi everyone,
I recently did something stupid. I upgraded my iMac to Leopard and failed to backup the associated artwork for my albums. I store all my music on a network drive through my AEBS. Well, I have all my artwork on my iPod. Does anyone know how I can restore the artwork from my iPod to my Mac? I don't want to copy the songs. Just the artwork, and maybe the playlists. Thanks for your help.
