some @Apple.com mails cannot be read on official iPod touch email app

Hi,

I noticed that the official email app for iPod touch cannot read the format used by the knowledge base service of apple.com ! One would have expected this to work being the same company.

When opening the kb mail a message that says "this message cannot be viewed because of the format used. Ask the sender to resend the mail using a different format or email application" (this is my translation into english)

I have never got an eMail from Apple that directly loaded a knowledge base page. Isn't it just a link to Apple's knowledge base article? Can you go to that KB by typing the web address on that link in Safari? (should work!)
