ok im running windows xp and i have an ipod touch. today i tried to upgrade to 2.0.1 and it didnt work. then i had to restore it. well when i tried to restore it it was going well. then it came up with verifying ipod software... and it wouldnt go away. even after an hour. please help i just got this a week ago as a birthday present. my parents bought me the ipod touch 8gb 2generation. which came with 1.1.4. they bought it off ebay but it was still new and inside the ceram wrap with virtually no fingerprints. please hep me.
