Arrow transfer from mac to windows

Hi,

I have ipod which is connected to ITUNE in Mac. I would like to delete some songs from IPOD, in Music, but it just showing all the songs like track1,track2 & so on.
i cannot identify which track is belongs to which movie & i have 1300 songs.

so is there any way i can identify songs by songs name or if i take a backup of my ipod from mac & transfer to windows based machine, does it work.

Kindly advise.

I would like to delete some songs so that i can get some free space.

Chetan

Try deleting the files off the iPod within iTunes.
