Export of Entourage Email

I have a Mac with OS 9.2.2 only and Entourage 2001. The machine is being repalced by a PC running Windows XP and Outlook 2003. There is no Exchange server. How can the Entourage email and folder scheme/contents be moved to the PC from the Mac?
