Outlook 2001 For Mac (password Problem)

I'm a student worker for Sam Houston State University. One of my users when logging into his Outlook mail on his mac, was asked to enter his password. So he did, and yes it was the correct password. However, it said incorrect password. I went out and setup a new profile that does allow him into his mail on the exchange server, but it no longer has his personal folders he created that were in his other profile. Since I can't access his first profile to move any of those folders over, what are my options rather then telling hime to forget about it. I did check his keychain, but nothing was setup for the Outlook program. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. If you could e-mail me at stddas37@shsu.edu
