Mac OS 9 -Outlook Express Error -Out of Memory

I'm using Outlook Express 5.0.2 on a G4. Recently a started receiving the error message - Out of Memory and Outlook will not launch. The computer has 25G of hard-drive space available and virtual is on. I have up the memory of the program and un-installed and re-installed the entire program, but I still receive the same message - Out of Memory. Please help!!

what os you using? and how much ram do you have?

Out of Memory

Never can tell, you might actually be out of memory. How far did you increase the allocated memory? Microsoft apps can be hogs.
