| Gray Screen after Upgrade As stated above I am unable to get anywhere with my computer. I have had this problem before when I upgraded a software. I upgrade a software such as Ipod and when I reboot the computer I always get a grey screen with grey apple in center and a blue/black bar above it. I know that they tech support alwasy tells me computer does not know where to look for a startup system, or hat startup system to look for. I always have to enter a few keys EXAMPLE APPLE S and restart it and it works. I am not awaye what to do at this time Please email me and let me know what I can do t solve my problem  |

| I need a bit more information. What OS are you running? What upgrade did you install?
