Missing Data Drive

ok, Hi guys, I am in serious need of your help. My G3 B&W has only ever ran protools LE with the AUdiomedia3 card, and Toast. It has the original OS 8.6.
I have some guy at (pcused) repair it, and he wiped the system drive, and re installed the two programs. Problem is, my data drive has disappeared! It stored all my protools sessions and I can't even tell if the hard drive is even physically in the machine! Let alone figure out how to access a drive the computer doesn't even acknowledge!
Help! I am not a Mac Guy, I just drive one at work!
