| Error 11
What exactly does this mean: 11 dsMiscErr miscellaneous hardware exception error ... and what do I do about it :P Running Mac OS 9, installed on a Powerbook G4 Titanium 1 Ghz with a faulty battery, broken Superdrive. Installed from a G4 733 Tower, starting up the Powerbook with "T" as an external FireWire HD (did a clean install on a just formatted HD). Written from a DP 1.25 Ghz MDD G4  I get the System Error 11 with and without starting up with Shift, and I zapped the PRAM (twice for good measure). The HD was double checked and is fine too. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks Frederik-Jan  |
