| OS9 CD in windowxp
I have iMac 450 DV sage + I have AMD64 2800+ CD writer. i want to create Duplicate CD of original Mac OS9 CD in window pc. it is possible.

Most basic CD burning applications should be able to accomplish this, just look for something like "duplicate cd".. Copying the files manually will likely not work.

You could also create an ISO image of that disc using either Nero, Roxio Easy CD/DVD CReator, or any other burning software that can create ISO images.
