| Macos7.6 My Power Mac 7300, has served me well for the past years. I old drive with 2 drives, best that I could locate. One 6GB and the other 2GB. Both drives have been reformatted. Drives were checked during this process. I have the Apple Macintosh CD SSW Version 7.5.5 which includes the system software. I have attempted to load it with |

| Seems as though your message got cut off. Are you trying to upgrade from 7.5.5 to 7.6 or 7.6.1? Can you repost some more of your information?

| if you are trying to upgrade from 7.5.5 to 7.6 you will have to have the 7.6 install cd since it was actually a pay upgrade
