Tarpon26 is on a distinguished road
what have I done

Somehow I changed the layout in "finder" after I adjusted the display and I can't get back to display to correct this fuzzy screen.
Can anyone help me?

I am not sure, but you could try clearing the PRAM of the MAC (this is done i thought by pressing alt-option-p-r during bootup and hold down until it restarts for the third time).

Also you can try to boot from another drive (e.g. a cd / dvd with os 9 on it and adjust the display settings).
