| Mac OS 9.2
Greetings: I just bought my Dad a used G4 running OS 9.2. I have not been able to get him on the internet. The problem seems to be that this computer is missing some of the internet start-up / set up software. Any idea where I might be able to find the requisite software and how I might use it to correct the deficiency? Thanks - SM |

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see any specifics about your internet connection. If it is a generic connection via ethernet, then you would go to the TCP/IP control panel and make sure that it is set to the ethernet port and that it is set to use DHCP. Should look something like this.

Make sure you have the "Ethernet" plug in or your internet won't work at all.
