Name of these two games?

I'd really like to find these games and I need to remember the names. They're games I remember playing at school on the old Mac with trackballs. This would have been about 10 years ago.

The first game invovled the player walking around town, and purchasing different things at different stores. Basically, when the player walked in to a store, he was offered a product in two different quantities for two different prices, and the player needed to figure out which one of the two was a better deal. I remember being able to buy oranges and wood. Also, a friend of mine remembers this game, and seems to remember going to an arcade in the game and playing bunny snatcher. Any ideas?

The second one is a fishing game with really old schol graphics. The player was a boat, and had different nets he could drop in the water to catch fish. Every once in a while, a shark came along and tore the fishing net.

Any help with either one would be great.

For the first game it sounds like Origin Trail maybe? That was nice game. Hmmm the fishing one... Cant remember the name it sounds very familiar!
