Xserve connectivity

I am still new in learning Xserve. (I've posted at Networking category b4 coz i didn't realize dat dis category exist *sori* so, I post it again).
I wanna know how to config/connect three iBooks to the Xserve and how to form a network that consists of the connection that i stated (iBooks and Xserve) with the print, mail and fax server/machine.
Really hope to hear some response from you guys.
