Vpn problem

Hi,

When i have access with a vpn client, the vpn server does not give the mask of the local network.

Is this normal?

And how can i ping and have acces to the others servers of the local network. Until now the only thing which function is the vpn connection

Sounds like you are using Apple VPN on a server with only 1 NIc enabled so there is no routing to the inside network, if this isn't correct provide more detail.

Yes that is correct, is this not possible with only one?

the vpn connection go trough a router -> switch -> server vpn. the same nic is used alsow to reach the inside network.

Hi,

When the connection is established i can't ping the server to.

And another problem is the l2tp protocol. It wan't starting. Sow i use pptp for the moment. Somebody have a solution for that?
