| Mailman problem Hi I have a slight niggling bug with mailing lists on 10.4 and wondering if there was any solution to it. Our domain is (for this explination) example.com. The server here is called mail.example.com and receives all mail for whoever@example.com. However the main web services is hosted by an external hosting company at www.example.com, however there is a web page and webmail hosted on the server here at http://mail.example.com. All works fine however all the administrative emails sent by the mailman service (for example authentication of non subscribed users to post to a subscription only list) all have links to the web adresses http://example.com which doesn't exist. I've bodged the issue here (i run a pc) by adding example.com to my hosts file to the local ip address. It is possible to change this address to http://mail.example.com/mailman/etc... but still have the emails going out to whoever@example.com? Thanks Rob Kettridge |
