| Server updates - reboot? Kind of an elementary question but I'm new working on the server. When I run the system updates for the server, do I then restart/reboot? Thanks MaryAnn |

| Yes, after a system update, the server will need to be rebooted. ![]() Michael |

| Just make sure the you inform everyone accessing that server that it will be rebooted, or perform the update after peak hours. ![]()

| Some updates require a reboot, some do not. Updates that require a reboot will indicate this when you choose to update. Updates that do not require a reboot will not.
