Exclamation Server causing Kernel Panics?

We are experiencing many kernel panics & are wondering if it may have something to do with Operating Systems being Mac OSX 10.4 (Tiger)-(Xserve RAID?) connecting to our server which is running on Mac OSX 10.3 (Panther). This began when we installed our new G5's. Anyone??!! Please HELP!!

Please give more details about the panics and about the actions you took prior to the panics. This might lead us toward the problem.
