Forcing Screen saver settings using WGM

I'm trying to force screensaver mcx to my clients and I can't get it to
work.

what I've done.

1. Set up a client the way I want
2. Copied the screensaver plist file and moved the setting from often to
Always.
3. Removed the MAC address from the file name.
4. Using WGM I copied the plist file to the Details pane of the computer
list I want to manage.



I've been following the video at http://homepage.mac.com/johnd/ Seems
like any of the plist in the ByHost folder do not work. I have been able
to do the non byhost settings to work, I used the loginwindow setting in
the video to have the window show DSStatus. I do see that the byhost plist
I'm setting up does make it to /Library/Managed Preferences/ "User name" ,
but it is not being inforced.

Clients and server are both running 10.4.8

Any hint or leads?
