riverman is on a distinguished road
Setting up accounts in 10.3.9

I used workgroup manager to set up accounts, enable e-mail & selected server but when I use system admin to look at the email accounts none show up also I can't see any users for the ftp server. The appropriate domains have been created. I've read every thing I can get my hands on yet I'm missing something. I'm finally upgrading my server to os x from classic running webstar4.5. Any help would be appreciated. John
