Xserve and server monitor problem

Greetings,


I have a new intel based xserve rackmounted in a datacentre. running chicken of the vnc without an issue and have configured server monitor to monitor the machine. when trying to setup notifications on the box I am getting the recipient email add button greyed out.

I'm just wondering whether anyone else has had this happen and if there is a workaround.
