Xgrid

Hello All,

Has anyone been using Xgrid?
Very appreaciate if anyone can share their idea and experience with Xgrid.

I am wondering if I can use Xgrid on different version of OS. For example. 10.4.10 on server, 10.4.11 or maybe Leopard on agent ? How about the ewquirement for rounter and switch?

Thanks & Regards,
Jeno

I've set it up, but have not yet had an occasion to use it.

I feel that it would only be at all useful for really huge compiles. I'm afraid I can't quantify "really huge" for you, though.

Check the ADC for notes on XGrid.

PS I just noticed you posted this in "OS X Server". I'm not playing moderator, I'm just pointing out that XGrid can be farmed out to OS X client version machines as well.
