Post Setup Mac Servers in an existing Windows Network

Hi guys
Do one of you guys have an idea on how I can make an OD Account to log in in Windows XP? We have an existing windows network with AD's, DNS, etc. and we just purchase Mac Xserves. Since 80% of the users are Mac we would like to give them all the benefits of having Mac computer.

Questions:
1. Is it fine to setup DNS in the Mac Server though you have a Windows DNS Server? If not, how would I setup my DNS for the new Mac Server?
2. How could I automatically map home folders for a user from Active Directory?
3. How could I synchronize windows and mac users with the same home folder?

Thanks
