How restart mail service daily

Hi,

Somebody knows, how to restart the mail service daily at 6 am in MAC OS X Server

I explain:

1. I used ''mailbfr'' to backup the IMAP mailboxes, but the mailbfr doesn't restart my mail service correctly after the backup, so I need to make this manually each time.

2. I want to restart the mail service with a schedule task, but i dont know the procedure

thanks for your help

I'm no expert, but I would guess cron is the easiest idea, with a shell script/command set to run whenever you choose. There are GUIs for crontab like this.
