OD/AD home directory problems

OD/AD home directory problems

I have setup a magic triangle situation, 1300 users in AD none in OD, have run into a problem where if i set the users home dir in OD it changes in AD stopping all AD users from logging into thier Windows Pcs. Is there a way to set it up so that users in AD have a 'mac' home dir and a 'windows' home dir.
