My copy of osx will be here any day now and I'm wondering if I have to partition my drive. I have a g3 266 beige desktop with 224 ram 4 gig internal 8 gig external (scsi, 3 partitions) and running 2 monitors using ati video card and oem. What's my best bet to allocate properly? Do I have to put osx on my internal drive? do I have to partition my internal? I just hate having to move all these files around as I have jobs to do! Wadda y'all think? |

I donīt have equipment like yours but on my bronze i didnīt partition and i couldnīt boot back into Mac OS treaditional, the systemdisk.app crashed all the time in OSX. So to save you the trubble I would recomend partitions.
