Whenever i try to open Classic, one of the kool features included on Mac OS X, it says Classic Startup: "There is no valid system software to start up Classic. Please consult the user documentation about installing appropriate system software." What does this mean!?!?!?? Thanx for your time, Andrew "Dude" Guy |

Dudeguy, This isn't a tech forum, which is why your question has not been addressed... I'd suggest posting your problem in another forum.. In answer to your question, I'd start with looking at what version of OS9 you have... you might need to upgrade it to 9.2.2 if you haven't already. Mac OSX 10.1.3 requires a higher version of OS9, somewhere between 9.1 and 9.2.2 not sure which one is the minimum... again check and post your question on another forum for an answer.

also when was the last time it worked? A little more detail as to what you were doing when it stopped would help.(ie you just installed os x last night or you just got the machine so the system came without it)
