HELP

Ok i'm having major problems an i'm blaming osX. OS x was installed on my harddrive next to os 9. Well something when wrong last night and my computer crashed. It couldnt find the opperating system so i stuck in the os 9 disk and tried disk first aid. It said there was a major problem it couldnt fix! So i tryed reinstalling os 9. It couldnt do that either due to this major problem. Well i trashed all my os x files i could find and did get OS9 on the computer. But i still have some major problem that disk first aid cant fix, reinstalling os9 couldnt fix and i have stuff in the trash that cant be deleted because of some os -90 error or someting. Any clues on what i can run to try and fix my poor computer! It needs help!
