 having problems with install ok here is the problem. i have a ibook 466SE with 320mb of ram, 10g harddrive. i bought osX when it first came out and then when OS 10.1 update came out i went to comp usa and they gave me a free copy. i had to reformat and i tried to update to 10.1 this time and it won't work. all it does is spin the multi colored mouse icon. I don't see any scratches on the cd. is there anyway of contacting apple or someone to get a new copy without paying for a new 10.1 cd? Any info will help!  |
