kernel panics at login

Since Mac OS X 10.1.5 I have been experiencing a few kernel panics right at the login screen. These kernel panics only occur after a few minutes of inactivity, i.e. when I login right away everything is fine. But if I turn on my Mac and don't login immediately, chances are the system will crash.

Any suggestions here? Thanks in advance.
