IPSec VPN Client in Jaguar

I've read through some of the threads regarding Jaguar, and it barely mentions IPSec functionality. Because of this, I'd like to get some opinions out there (for those developers who actually went to the WWDC). Is IPSec included natively in Jaguar? If so, does it follow the same stringent restrictions that are included in Windows 2000? Anybody out there play with the IPSec client at all? If so, can it support dynamically obtained IP addresses?

TIA

Ron
