Wink scandalous Question

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to buy a PC laptop, clean off Windows operating system, then install Mac OS? I really would love an Apple laptop, but they are rather pricy. Thanks. Leighla

Thanks for the immediate reply to scandalous question

I guess I can look for a refurbished Mac laptop. Any suggestions on what to look for? I am cost conscious on this one. Leighla

Apple offers refurbished hardware at a decent discount and full support. However, ebay might be helpful or make a post in our classified forum.
Good luck!

Depends on what you mean by being cost conscious. The iBooks provide really good value and you won't find equally spec'ed PC laptops that can match the iBook in terms of portability and features.
