I'm having trouble burning ISO disc images in Tiger. I've downloaded a few Linux ISO's to burn. I check the MD5 checksums and they are alright. When I burn them in Disk Utility, I make sure that the burn speed is low (8x instead of maximum of 24x) and I turn on verify burn as well.

In spite of all that, the disc that is made has errors in it, even if is _passes_ the verify stage(!). What on earth is going on? I've tried burning via Firestarter and I get the same problem. Help!
