    Software To Take Still Pics With ISight??

    Is there any software i can use to take still pictures with my isight? Im new to mac so i dunno if even the programs it has on it now are capable of doing this so i could use some help . I have browsed through iphoto and imovie but no luck. Any ideas or suggestions?

    I believe QuickTime 7 does this.

    Quicktime just does a short video snapshot, but no single frame shots.... any other ideas?

    Check out EvoCam, i got it from MacWorld's website, just Google it. Great app, you can even set the iSight as a Security Camera too.
    Its not the machine that makes you creative and get a better job, its what you can do with it.

    iChat does take snapshots - however mirrored. You could use that and then mirror the picture with other programs.
    Or Mullesight, http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/25473 - haven't tested in 10.4, in 10.3 it worked fine. As it's free, maybe give it a try.
