I'm running 10.2 and have the latest version of sharepoints (2.1), I have personal file sharing turned on under the sharing pane and I have AppleTalk enabled under the Network pane... My problem is as follows:
I have created users and shared folders through sharepoints; I can connect to my computer from any OS 9.2 or earlier system but I can not connect to my computer from any 10.2 system. I even tried guest access and it still says "Unknown user, bad password or login disabled..." I haven't had this problem before 10.2 and don't have it on on the other 10.2 system that i tried it on, so it seems to be my system specific. I've tried the permissions fix from the 10.2 install cd and I've tried reinstalling over the top and it still doesn't work. I've remove and reinstalled sharepoints and tried to find some pref file to dump but was still unsuccessful.
any help would be greatly appreciated, I don't want to start over from scratch if i don't have too.
