Question about viewing files/folders in BBEdit

Is there anyway to assign a file for each project that I'm working on so I can view a list of folders/files in a sidebar as I'm viewing code? (sorta like you can using Dreamweaver) I've looked through all of the settings and I can't find anythign like this. I'd like to have a prooject for domain1.com then open that and all of the folders/files in domain1.com will appear alongside the code.

You can add Spotlight Comments to each file.

I was referring to something more like this. Textmate does it and I was wondering if BBEdit has this functionality built in that I just cannot seem to find.
