| Backup to i drive--internal failure Since I haven't yet decided whether to spend the $49.95 by September 30, I thought I'd better check out the Backup software that will buy me. I downloaded it, and tried backing up a small amount of stuff to my I-drive. Every time I try, though, it stops at Copy home.xml and pops up a box that says "Internal System Error--An unrecoverable internal error has occurred. I tried downloading a new copy of Backup 1.2. I tried rebooting the computer. I've tried both having it attempt to recover from the previous failure and having it throw away the tiny amount of stuff already stored. I get exactly the same message every time. Suggestions? Thanks. |
