Question Sharing iCal on the same computer

Alright...I am pretty sure this is the first time I have started a thread...so be kind.

My wife and I share our G4, I use it for graphics and she for general business use. That said, the two are intimately tied together. We each have seperate logins because she hates how I do things.

What I want to do is use iCa to keep us scheduled together. She would never bother updating it, but would use it if I updated it. I want to be able to update iCal in my login and have it show in both mine and her logins. Is this possible. Publishing it confuses me, but I am open to any suggestions.

Thanks,
Eddie

http://www.icalx.com/

You create the calendar and then update it there. Then in her copy just tell i cal to subscribe to the one you put online.

Or

If you turn on you web server (i think it needs to be on) and put an alias of your calendar in you users/sites filder. Then in her iCal subscribe to http://127.0.0.1/~yourusername/home.ics

~yourusername would be you. The creater.

I also wonder if you could just put the alias in her calenders folder.

Try some of that.

Ok so alias don't work. I just tried it.

Try that online thing if you online. Or just remember to copy your .ics file over to her calenders folder before you go log out.
