Possible Filevault

I close the lid for my Mac Powerbook 12.1 and when open it and start the machine again, I got an alert stating that home directory was moved. All the taskbar icons are displayed as "?" question mark. The machine is not loading my setting that are in the home directory. How can I restore this directory to it correct location?

NB: I am running Tiger and FileVault is turn on..
I am not seening the diretory from the gui interface.

Should I attempt to move it or find in from the CLI?

PS
I have 18yr+ with Win 6yr+ with Linux and 2 months exp

Thanks.
