Final Cut Pro 3 is running great on my PowerBook in 10.2.1. However, I did install it under 10.2, not 10.2.1. Sorry I can't be of any more help than that.
I tried to install Final Cut Pro 3 last night on my G3 tower running 10.2.1. The installer started up and when I told it to start installing it showed the progress bar but didn't install a single file and the application stoppped responding! I ended up having to force-quit it. It used to work under 10.1... Anyone heard of a fix for this?! I really need to get this installed!
If it's a penny for your thoughts and you always put your two cents worth in, who's getting all these extra pennies?!

OMG. Thanks for the warning. I was about to update my video machine to 10.2.1. Thanks thanks thanks thanks. You have no idea what damage would it bring if the video editing workstations ceased... sorry to hear about the FCP not installing. Hope someone can find a solution to it soon.
