I think that is the key. You have to find what you like and works best for you. I use Mail.app, because it meets my needs well enough. If you need for functions, certainly one of those programs mentioned will work. My experience with Entourage is a love-hate one. I think in theory an all-in-one program is great (calendar, email, etc). My opinion is Entourage becomes clumbsy to work with after awhile. Plus, Entourage is memory hunger, while Mail.app is not.

Hi All, I decided to go with Entourage as its more like what I'm used to and I needed Office 2004 anyway. I'm sure there may well be things that I don't like (is any program perfect?!?!) but for now I'm happy. Thanks barhar - I managed to get everything imported with your help. Dawn

My problem with Entourage is that it will conceal some of my messages. Luckily, MacOS X Mail has the same access to all of my messages as Entourage, including Exchange. The difference is that Mail shows all of my messages. I use Entourage with my firm's Exchange server. However, I also run MacOS X Mail in parallel to Entourage. In this way, I know which messages are concealed by Entourage. Lest there be any confusion: The messages of concern remain on the Exchange server and are viewable using Mail. However, they are not viewable using Entourage. These messages are not flagged in any way to the best of my knowledge.
