Excel Function Question

Hello all.

In Windows Excel when I am editing a cell and push F2, I can begin to edit the contents of that cell.

On MacOSX Excel how can I do this? So far I have to double click everytime I want to edit the contents of the cell. I'm sure there must be a shortcut.

Any advice appreciated!

I am not entirely sure I understand your question. When you single-click a cell, its contents are available for editing. Even if clicking twice were required, how could it be faster or easier?
