Delayed printing under Classic

Delayed printing under Classic

When printing from within Classic applications under OSX 10.2, nothing happens. Manually launching PrintMonitor shows the print job sitting in the queue with a print time set to 11hours later. The document wil print if I then select it and set the print time to the current time. I am in UK (GMT); Is this a weird localisation bug? This did not happen under 10.1.5.
