Installation of Portfolio 7

When I installed Portfolio 7.0.4 and then input the serial number I got a window telling me that there is only one user allowed and that the application with that serial number is already running (it says it is running on my computer and I am the user. Then shuts down the application.

I have tried removing the reg code through terminal but the problem reoccurs. I have cleared my cache files but it doesn't make any difference. I used a substitute serial number (authorized) ...problem continues.

I guess the installation corrupted a file in my OS but I don't know which one...Do you have any suggestions?

I use OSX 10.2.8
